Graveritas Group performed a Risk Assessment and Mitigation Action Plan

The client, a successful importer of consumer goods for the North American and European Market, had landed an order with a large U.S. Retailer that would virtually double its sales volume. The company required a Risk Assessment to determine the organization’s ability to meet the demands of this new customer.

Graveritas was able to identify and act on the following:

• Company did not have a proactive approach to the new business;
• Company was missing some key business process controls;
• Culture was developed over many years with long term employees who were not held appropriately accountable;
• Company was vulnerable to the person responsible for product development and merchandising (not a team player);

• The risks were qualified, and assigned a level and a priority;
• The client received a detailed risk mitigation plan;
